Regular private strategy sessions
Focused working conversations around the live decisions, tensions, and possibilities in front of you.
Strategic Advisory for Innovators
I work with founders, researchers, executives, creators, and leaders doing consequential work in complex environments. People who are building, risking, adapting, learning, and continuing anyway.
When there is no playbook
You need someone who can help you see the system, challenge the assumptions underneath it, identify the story shaping the decision, and think with you about what comes next.
Paige brings strategy, lived founder experience, research, and Narrative Intelligence to the work. Coaching skills may be part of how she listens and asks questions, but coaching is not the product category.
The client’s difficult problem comes first. Narrative Intelligence helps reveal what may be shaping it.
Private Strategic Advisory
For founders, researchers, executives, creators, social innovators, and leaders of new initiatives inside organizations who want an experienced thinking partner alongside the work.
Focused working conversations around the live decisions, tensions, and possibilities in front of you.
A trusted thinking partner who can challenge assumptions, test interpretations, and help you determine what deserves action.
Thought partnership between sessions where appropriate, so difficult questions do not have to wait for the next meeting.
A way to reveal the stories, frames, and inherited assumptions shaping how the problem is currently understood.

Mapping the real work
Strategic work is rarely clean. It involves revenue, identity, relationships, assumptions, constraints, and competing stories about what is possible. The whiteboard becomes a place to see the system instead of performing certainty.
Paige brings the same approach to advisory work: map the real forces, separate fact from interpretation, and find the move that is actually available.
The work you can bring
A consequential decision where the answer is not obvious
An innovation or new idea meeting organizational resistance
Technology or markets changing faster than the current strategy
A leadership transition with implications for identity and direction
A problem where fact and interpretation have become difficult to separate
Narratives or assumptions narrowing what the team can see
A high-stakes question about what comes next
Strategic Intensive
For a consequential decision, innovation challenge, transition, or problem that has become difficult to see clearly. Three hours of private working time, followed by a strategic synthesis, 30-day direction, and follow-up.
01
Complete a focused questionnaire about the decision, innovation challenge, transition, or problem you want to bring into the room.
02
Work privately with Paige for three hours. Examine the system, separate fact from interpretation, challenge the assumptions underneath the problem, and identify what the current framing may be excluding.
03
Receive a synthesis of the forces, narratives, tensions, decisions, and possibilities surfaced together, with a practical 30-day direction.
04
Reconnect approximately 30 days later to assess what changed, what resistance appeared, what you learned through action, and what comes next.

Why Paige
Paige Williams is an applied researcher, strategist, entrepreneur, filmmaker, and bestselling author developing the emerging field of Narrative Intelligence.
She spent more than a decade building AudPop, a media technology company that grew into a global community of more than 80,000 filmmakers and creators. Her work is grounded in lived experience with uncertainty, innovation, entrepreneurship, failure, reinvention, and consequential decisions.
Narrative Intelligence is one of the ways Paige helps make the hidden frames and assumptions inside a problem visible. It supports the strategy; it does not replace it.
Work with Paige
