Paige Williams is an applied researcher, strategist, entrepreneur, filmmaker, and bestselling author helping define the emerging field of Narrative Intelligence. Her work examines how unseen stories and interpretive frames shape human judgment, leadership, innovation, and change.
She does not deliver motivational talks or prescribe a better story. Her keynotes help people notice the narratives already influencing how they lead, decide, communicate, and innovate — then examine what becomes possible when those narratives are visible.
Whether she is speaking with executives, founders, researchers, creators, or teams in rapid change, Paige brings founder experience, research, intellectual rigor, and practical questions to decisions where the answer is not obvious.
Paige is the Founder and former CEO of AudPop, a media and technology company she bootstrapped into the largest grassroots platform for diverse filmmakers, connecting creators with brands, distribution, and global audiences. Her work has been featured by Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Inc., and her company helped shift how stories are sourced, valued, and scaled.
Before technology, Paige was a documentary filmmaker. Her films did not just win awards — they changed systems. Mississippi Queen, her deeply personal film exploring identity, faith, and an ex-gay ministry, screened at over 100 film festivals and was distributed on Sundance Networks. From Place to Place helped catalyze national child welfare reform.
Those experiences now inform the Narrative Intelligence framework she is developing and researching:
You can’t choose differently until you can see the story choosing for you.
The shift is from storytelling to story awareness.
